Meditation and mantras ha ve meaning. When you quiet your mind, happy things happen.

1. Mantras that ha ve been used since ancient times are prayers and gratitude to God.

Mantras that ha ve been used since ancient times are the names of Indian gods. The ``meaning'' and ``sound'' of a name are related, and the sound is very important when using it as a mantra.

For example, even with the sound ``mi'', the vibrations of the vowels ``a'' and ``i'' are completely different. When you say it or think about it, a different vibration is created in your brain. So the effects will be different.

Even if you wait a little while after a meal, or just do a yoga pose or do some breathing exercises, the effects of meditation can be vastly different. In such cases, it's best to do it in a quiet place with no wind.

As you continue to meditate, your mantra will gradually become smaller and more delicate.

2. The amazing power of mantras.

The word mantra has real power. It's a special sound. To put it simply, the sound is like a radio channel.

It's not about paying a lot of money for content called mantras, it's about the sound of mantras. If you take time to recite your mantra after a meal, or stop chanting after drinking caffeine, changes will occur.

I try to a void meditating after meals or after consuming caffeine. But mantras involve proper frequencies, so you ha ve to learn them properly.

The mantra you're chanting right now also has meaning.

3. There are many different breathing techniques that ha ve been practiced since ancient times.

There are many different types of breathing techniques that ha ve been used since ancient times. For example, there are methods such as hollowing your stomach and exhaling, inhaling through your nose and expanding your stomach, or inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 8 seconds, and exhaling for 4 seconds.

I used to do these breathing techniques all the time during meditation, but I learned that it's actually good to breathe naturally while meditating. Do breathing exercises before meditation, and return to normal breathing during meditation.

Meditation allows you to expand your consciousness and become quiet without thinking about anything. Your breathing slows down and you may end up barely breathing at all.

Some breathing techniques involve imagining inhaling energy called ``prana'' through your nose. It is important to visualize while meditating. There is also an image of breathing in prana through the nose and hitting the pineal gland.

There are many ways to do breathing exercises, but it's important to be quiet and feel comfortable while meditating.

4. How you breathe is very important

Breathing is important. For example, you can breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose, or you can breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. When you take a deep breath, use it when you move your body. However, when you take a small breath, you use the feeling in your palms and when you pay attention to details.

If you find it difficult to breathe, it may be because your ribs are being slightly compressed. When your chest expands and your ribs naturally rise, the important part of your body called your diaphragm (which you cover well) will be able to move more easily. This will make your breathing deeper.

One way to cure it is to stretch and do exercises called locomoves (just 3 movements). If you ha ve a stiff chest and stiff shoulder bones, it may be a little difficult to do the Phoenix at first, but if you lie down on something called a stretch pole, you may be able to do it little by little.

Stretching is very important to stretch your body. As your body becomes more flexible, your breathing becomes deeper.

5. Meditation is not about concentrating on thinking, it is about quieting the mind.

Meditation is not about concentrating and thinking for long periods of time, but rather quieting the mind. When you meditate, the random thoughts that are stuck in your mind gradually disappear and you can return to your true self. Babies and children's heads are calmer and more meditative than adults.

Other people's words and incorrect information can sometimes lead me in a direction different from my true thoughts, but perhaps the role of meditation is to reset that and return to my true self. .

By meditating, your wishes will come true, and even when bad things happen, you will be able to think, ``This is okay.'' I used to get really depressed when someone wasn't nice to me or when I failed at something, but now I don't get depressed as much. So even when something doesn't go well, I naturally think, ``This is okay.''

For example, even if I fail many times today, or the person I love suddenly turns cold after being kind to me, I can still think more positively than before. Thanks to meditation, I ha ve that freedom.

6. Many happy things happen when you meditate!

Do you know meditation? A lot of great things happen when you meditate!

First of all, it becomes easier to feel the little bits of happiness every day. Plus, I don't ha ve to worry about all the thoughts that pop up in my head. You'll start to feel more important to yourself, and your relationships with friends and family will improve.

In the past, I used to ha ve a lot of trouble thinking, ``Why did something like this happen?'' but since I started meditating, it's less of a problem. By accepting myself, I started to feel kinder to the people around me. I guess I didn't notice it before.

Meditation is also recommended when you want to change other people or the world, but it just doesn't seem to change. I feel like lea ving it up to the other person makes sense.

When I meditate, a thought suddenly pops into my head. Sometimes even if you try not to think about it, it will come out naturally, but in such cases, counting numbers or taking deep breaths will help you remember your true feelings. By doing so, you may come to understand how you really feel and how you think, which is slightly different.

In meditation, it's important to let your thoughts flow, but you also realize that you can get completely absorbed in them. That is also an important part of meditation.

Thank you for watching this far!
